Have rights management system for admin users
Admin users with a specific profil wont be able to delete widgets, or move widgets on the edit online page for example. It only can edit content or add allowed widgets.

Agree would be a great feature. Also to allow certain users to add posts only and not make any changes to page layouts etc.
